I’ve never climbed before. Do I need to book an induction?
If you’ve never climbed before, you don’t necessarily need an induction! Our registration form includes a short video that covers everything you need to know to get started. We do still offer inductions for those who would like some extra help. If this interests you, then drop us a message below!
Can I bring my children (Under 18s) climbing?
Children are welcome here at Boulder Central during any of our regular opening times. All children must have a completed Parental Consent Form, and must be accompanied by an adult with a completed Adult Registration Form. Adults with a completed form may supervise up to 2 children during their visit.
We also offer Kids Climbing Clubs for those who want some extra instruction. Find out more here!
Are we able have a Birthday Party/Group Booking at the centre?
We are able to host both Birthday Parties and Group Bookings here. Please place an enquiry in below with your preferred times, dates and numbers, and one of our team will get back to you with details!
Do I need to book my climbing session?
You can just turn up!
If you’ve never climbed with us before, you’ll need to complete our registration form.
How often do you reset your boulders?
Each week, one of our circuits (Up to 30 climbs) will be reset. Existing climbs will be taken down on Tuesday, with the new routes being put up on Wednesday. Keep an eye on our socials to see which circuit is getting the next reset!
Are dogs allowed in the centre?
Absolutely yes! As long as they are well behaved and kept on a lead, your furry friend is very welcome to come and hang out in our centre
Do you hire helmets/ropes/belay devices?
As a bouldering only centre, we do not hire out any helmets/ropes/belay devices. The only equipment needed to get started is a pair of climbing shoes (these can be hired).
