Flow Yoga with Laura

Join Laura on the mat every Tuesday at 7.30pm for an hour of flow yoga designed to increase flexibility, build strength and balance and help prevent injury.

Laura will guide you through the session ensuring relaxing yet challenging practice while also including an element of fun in a friendly environment. Meet new, like-minded friends and develop your relationship with flow yoga.


Yoga comes with so many benefits, which include:

Laura will run her flow yoga class every Tuesday (commencing June 20th) and Thursday evening 7.30pm – 8.30pm.
Sessions are just £6 for the hour

Alternatively, book Tuesday and Thursday for one week for just £8 for both sessions!
OR, block book 6 weeks for £30 (£5/hour)
